RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS
The residential district will consist of approximately 364 single-family homes and 600 multi-family homes as well as an amenity center, a trail system and open green space. The single-family residential home sites will include bungalows, urban homes and townhomes. Younger residents will get to attend school in the Birdville ISD.
OPEN SPACE DISTRICTS
City Point is designed to be a walkable community with plans to incorporate open spaces, trails, an amenity center, gathering areas and pedestrian pathways throughout.
Areas include parks and children playgrounds, plazas, vegetative spaces, paseos and trails which will connect the existing JoAnn Johnson Trail and Randy Moresi Trail.

SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
City Point includes plans for just over 364 single family homes including 122 detached urban homes, 46 detached bungalow homes and 196 townhomes. Each residential type has unique lot sizes and setbacks.
Urban Homes: 2-3 stories with a minimum 1,500 square feet
Bungalows: 1-2 stories with 1,250-1,600 square feet on 3,000sf lots
Townhomes: 2-3 stories with a minimum of 1,500 square feet
MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
This 8 acre multi family district surrounds and supports the City Center Commercial district. Centurion American and the development community have the flexibility to pursue a variety of multi family densities, including the potential for structured parking, enabling the unit count to reach a maximum of 600 units.
